تفاصيل التقرير	According to head of Finance & administration Div. of Ministry of Civil Aviation, Mr. Yousri Amir, a $ 250 million loan endorsed by the Ministry of Finance to proceed with construction of Cairo Airport 3rd terminal & a new cargo village. He said agreement was reached between Ministry of Civil Aviation, that of Finance & Prime Minister Dr. Atef Ebeid that civil aviation projects would go under Government finance. Projects would repay such credits upon completion & operation start. He indicated that 3rd terminal is scheduled for completion in 4 years & the Cargo Village 2 years. The development puts a blunt end of years of reluctance between B.O.T. & self finance.
